Christmas Train
We made our own Christmas train set up tonight. I regret buying the faux snow but it's Tucker's favorite part.

photos for xmas cards???
I attempted to get some decent photos today for xmas cards this year. I haven't bought xmas outfits so I pulled out stuff that semi matched and tried to go with it. I'm on the fence about taking the kids to the same santa that we go to every year. It's become tradition but he's gone up crazy drastically on his prices and I just don't want to pay that. I have another week to decide.

Daddy Tucker Day
Ok these photos are totally out of order but blogger is giving me a hard time this morning with moving pics around. While Shelby and I were off at camporee, Lonnie took Tucker out for a day filled with lots of fun. They went to Galveston to the railroad museum and road the train. They went to Rainforest Cafe where Tucker devoured the vol-ca-nooooo dessert and went on the boat ride in the rainforest. They also went for haircuts and then dinner at Lupe Tortillas with some of his family. By the end, he was Tucker'd out.

Fall Camporee - 2011
I think we have fully recovered from camporee now. We definitely had a great time. It wasn't too hot and it wasn't cold at all. Thankfully there were no mosquitos. We had 3/4 of our troop in attendance. The girls did chores like sweep their teepee's, cleaned the latrines, and cleaned up after meals. They also prepared all meals, went on hikes, made SWAPS, traded SWAPS, hiked again, sang camp songs, learned about skits, performed skits, hiked some more, made smores, and wore them selves out completely! I've uploaded a variety of photos, not just of Shelby.

Home from Camporee
Whenever I muster up the time and energy (hopefully this week) I will post tons of photos from the girl scout fall camporee this weekend. To say I am exhausted is an understatement. But we had a blast and I would do it again in a heartbeat...with a few modifications (booze, caffiene, excedrine, lol). I was prepared not to get much sleep, but after hiking an entire day and then getting NO sleep, well, that was a bit hard. I came home and napped for 3 hours and Shelby is still napping, going on 4 hours.
