PCB - vacation comes to an end

We finished up our PCB vacation Friday and we were home Friday evening. It was a great trip... excluding the rough water and sea weed!

Yesterday we went to wonder works. These pics are mainly all Tucker because we split up and I went with Tucker. He loved this place soooooo much!

This afternoon we went to this super cute town called Seaside.

Lots of movies for the long drive!

We went to the library this week and stocked up on DVDs and audiobook CDs. I uploaded the audiobooks to Shelby's phone and then took out all the DVDs and put them in this DVD portfolio that I found while at the dollar tree. Soooo much cheaper then renting from the redbox, which has a movie limit.

Getting Ready for Road Trip

We are getting ready to leave for PCB which is an all day drive. So we went to the dollar tree and stocked up on some baskets and entertainment for the road. Then we went by Michaels and got these 2 lap desks which is perfect for playing and eating on. It has a cup holder! So we filled them tonight with their new items along with phones, ds's and kindle for Shelby. I also uploaded music and audio books to the phones. They are all set!

PCB Spring Break 2011

We returned from Panama City Beach this weekend and had a fabbbbbbulous time with our friends Courtney, David and Skylar! The kids all got along great (and of course us adults too, LOL). In a few years we may need to seperate Skylar and Tucker. ;-) The condo was perfect for all of us to share and have our own space. The view was Ahhhhh-mazing! We shockingly didn't run into many college kids at all for it being one of the #1 college spring break destinations. Granted, we did stay away from that part of the beach and hung out at our family resort side of the beach.

Sunday - we arrived, unpacked, checked out the beach, and ordered pizza.

Monday - we hit the beach, pools and splash pad water park. The pools were heated but the waterpark wasn't. The beach water was freezing but tolerable on the toes. We went out to dinner to Dirty Dicks Crab House. Good but too pricey.

Tuesday - we hit the beach again, went to pier park and went out to dinner to some german place. Good and cheap! :-)

Wednesday - we rented a pontoon boat for the entire day and went boating to a secluded island and lounged on the beach there. We went out to dinner that evening to some mexican food restaurant where we discovered that ordering a corona with salt and lime is weird to the waiter.

Thursday - we went out on the pirate ship and did the beach. By then we were dead tired, had to pack to go home and ordered in pizza again.

Friday - we sadly left the beautiful beach and headed home. A very LOOONNNNGGGG drive on the way back.

Yesterday we rented a boat for the day and made a stop at shell island. Today we are going on the pirate ship. It's going to be hard to leave tomorrow. We are having the best time!

Florida

We made it. It's fabulous! Not crowded at all where we are at. Feels like we have the beach to ourselves!!!

Pirate Cruise

Tonight we went on the Sea Dragon pirate cruise. Holy cow it was so much fun. The kids had gun fights, sword fights, hunted for treasure, fired cannons and so much other stuff. Afterwards we dined on the beach at pineapple willies and watched fireworks. Such a fun day!

More fun today.

We are back at the mini water park for the second time today after doing some fun rides at pier park and having lunch at five guys. Tonight is our pirate ship cruise.

Dolphins

We just left shell island where we snorkeled and found sand dollars and other treasures. On our way back I was able to capture some video of the dolphins swimming around our boat!
